UPS has made changes to the way third-party shopping carts (including Actinic) connect to it's service for on-line rate calculations.  Actinic developers in the UK are working with UPS technicians to resolve the issue. Until a permanent solution has been found, we have a script update that will likely restore UPS online rates for your Actinic store.

1. Browse your computer to your site folder and find the "ShipControl" subfolder.
2. Find the ShippingTemplate.pl file.
3. Rename this file to ShippingTemplateBackup.pl
4. Download this replacement "ShippingTemplate.pl" Actinic script and save it to your computer.
5. Extract the script to your "ShipControl" folder
6. Upload your site.
7. Repeat these steps for each Actinic site (if you have more than one Actinic site.)
