This plugin provides a picture gallery feature, a picture zoom feature, a picture book feature, a lightbox style display, and a slider/carousel feature, which can be easily added to products or fragments in place of the simple picture provided by Actinic V8 or V9. The gallery feature can be used on brochure pages where it is limited to a maximum of twenty images {you can expand this yourself if you modify the code and add more variables}, or on single product page, where it uses the Actinic attribute and choices to determine the number of images. Each image has an associated text that can be displayed. There is a wide range of effects, from fade and zoom to curtain or scroll, which can be selected to suit the web site or product.

The Carousel plugin can be added to the Actinic site and will find all the products in a named section and all its subsections and add them to the Carousel. This allows the carousel to display a thumbnail image of the product, the product title and the price with the image and title providing a direct link to the product page. The plugin provides a layout that can be added to any page of the Actinic site and can refer to a completely different product page or could be used to display all the products in the subsections of the current page. This featurecan be used with the tabbed fragment plugin and the image plugin or as a standalone feature.
